All work created by Relik Design, LLC. is licensed to you upon full payment. That includes logos, web assets, packaging, and any deliverables we create under contract. You can use the final assets however you like—commercially, digitally, or in print—unless otherwise stated. Until payment is complete, we retain ownership.
Raw working files (like layered PSDs, AI files, or editable templates) are not included by default, but may be licensed separately if needed.
Relik Design, LLC. retains the right to showcase project work for portfolio, social, promotional and case study use. Unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your scope includes a set number of revisions. Beyond that, additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate. We’ll always flag when you're approaching the limit.
Additional work (out-of-scope requests, major pivots, or compressed timelines) may require a revised estimate or new agreement.
We don’t ghost. You’ll always know where things stand.
Projects typically require a 50% deposit to kick off, with final balance due before delivery of final assets.
Ongoing or retainer work is billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur a 5% fee after 30 days.
We treat your business like our own. Anything you share with us that’s confidential—strategy docs, product info, internal IP—stays that way.
If you’d like a formal NDA, we’re happy to sign one before diving in.
If we use stock imagery, typefaces, or licensed assets, we’ll let you know. You’re responsible for any ongoing licensing or usage fees unless otherwise agreed upon.
Either party can end the contract with written notice. Work completed up to that point must be paid for, and deliverables will be handed off accordingly.
